BOND HILL, Ohio (WKRC) - A felonious assault suspect is arrested in Bond Hill after his own mother called police to turn him in.
The suspect's girlfriend said the suspect was about to attack her friend Monday night. When she stepped in, she told police he assaulted her.
Tuesday morning at about 11 a.m., the suspect's mother called 911 after seeing his car outside an apartment building in the area of Reading Road and Berkley Avenue.
Several police officers responded. The suspect is known to have a lot of guns and they didn't know what they'd find.
The suspect was in an apartment. Police were able to go in and arrest him without any problem.
Neighbors were concerned after seeing the large police presence in the area.
Police have not released the suspect's name. No one was hurt.
