Sycamore High School launches campaign to help teens with mental health struggles

SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - A local school is taking big steps to end the stigma of mental health, especially among teens.

Sycamore High School says that one in five teens struggle with mental health challenges. It released a video featuring several brave students who were willing to share their mental health struggles.

The video is a part of their #SpeakUpAVES campaign.

The school is implementing several changes to focus on mental health wellness, including full-time therapists on site at all their schools.
